Street Team Members:

Requirements:
Must be able to have a flexible schedule and be able to work days, nights, and/or weekends as needed. We are looking for people who are energetic, dependable, have an outgoing personality, are a people person and a team player. Interest in marketing & promotion is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Include but not limited to: Street team members will assist with the planning and execution of promotional, go out to events and promote BayEvents.com and our clients by giving away promotional materials and manning booths at events. The Street Team will interact with listeners and work with clients, and create a positive company image.

College Marketing Representatives
These are liaisons' between BayEvents and their respective college campuses; will handle all promotions on their campus as well as assist in the coordination of on-campus events.

Intern:
A ssists in the administrative operations for BayEvents; coordinates all activities of the street team on a weekly basis; keeps track of all promotional materials of both our clients and BayEvents; creates weekly promotional reports

Sales Representative:
Sales Representative is responsible for selling the products and services that BayEvents offers; these individuals will thrive on the challenge of meeting sales goals Divisions: - Internet- responsibilities include creating list of potential clients/internet websites; follow up on leads; going to other websites and giving them the option to purchase banner space on BayEvents.com as well as email blasts - Ticketing- responsibilities include creating a database of possible clients (club owners, promoters, organizations, etc.); solicit the BayEvents.com online ticketing services - Magazine- responsible for selling advertisements in the BayEvents publication.

Account Manager:
Account Manager manages and executes the promotional plan set by the Account Executives including, but not limited to, keeping track of flier distribution at particular events; taking pictures for our weekly report to clients; hanging up posters/banners; coordinating promotional giveaways.

Account Executive:
Account Executive will develop and create new clients for BayEvents while servicing and growing the existing client base; achieve revenue goals; prepares promotional campaigns in a timely manner; resolves billing discrepancies and assists in collection of past due accounts; provide regular reports to VP of Operations regarding perspective sales orders, daily call sheets, itineraries, new prospect lists, forecasts and competition analysis; attends and participates in trade shows/ community organization events; plans, coordinates and directs promotional campaigns; consults with Office Interns regarding promotional plans; ensures implementation of campaign strategies on time and within budget; may adjust or re-direct strategies as needed
